How do points work?
You spend points to bid on jobs and earn them back when you post work for other drivers. New drivers start with 3 free points. Loyalty rewards, referrals, and the weekly Saturday reset help you keep bidding. Every transaction shows in your transparency ledger.
Is FairGo free?
Yes — there's no subscription required to get started. You can post jobs, bid, and win fares on the free tier. FairGo Pro is an optional upgrade for drivers who want extra features; you can cancel anytime.
When does FairGo launch?
We're rolling out across Melbourne now. Join the waitlist on our homepage to be first to know when the app is available on your phone.
Which areas do you cover?
FairGo is built for greater Melbourne — metro and key corridors drivers already run (CBD, airport, suburbs). Coverage expands as more verified drivers join. If you're a CPV or taxi operator in Victoria, you're welcome to sign up.
How do I get verified?
After downloading the app, submit your driver's licence, CPV accreditation, vehicle details, and payment methods. Our team cross-checks against VicRoads and the CPV registry. Most verifications are completed within 24 hours.
I have a dispute with another driver
Email support@fairgoapp.com.au with the job reference and a short description. We review ledger records and may mediate under our Code of Conduct.
